The Grey Cup Festival is a national celebration held in a new city every year. It brings together fans, communities, and partners to celebrate the well-known CFL event. In 2026, Calgary stepped into the spotlight, and we helped them take the stage with a new website tailored to the city's festival presence.

Supporting a changing festival

Most of our clients build branding and infrastructure to last for years, but the Grey Cup Festival works differently. The event only exists for one year, and each festival has its own brand and identity depending on which city it is hosted in.

Our approach was to provide a strong foundation that could support the festival’s needs, while also being flexible enough to adapt to new hosts and new branding each year. This way, the Calgary Stampeders had reliable support without locking the event into a long-term style that wouldn’t fit future festivals.

Web design

Every design element was tailored to reflect the Calgary Stampeders’ identity, capturing both the city and the team’s character. The design helps the website feel local, energized, and rooted in the Stampeders’ presence.

Sponsor logo grid

Having worked on other event websites in the past, we already had systems built for features that matter most to events. The client wanted a way to manage all their sponsors in one clean place. We knew the logo grid was the perfect solution, allowing them to display sponsors clearly and update the grid easily in the backend whenever needed.

Partnering with the Calgary Stampeders

The Calgary Stampeders invited us to support their online presence during the 2026 Grey Cup Festival. We were proud to work closely with their team and help showcase their brand and sponsors clearly throughout the site.
